Orders below 1kg are normally despatched by Royal mail. If you have not received your order after 7 working days from dispatch please contact us or your local royal mail enquiry office. International orders below 1kg are normally sent by airmail.
Orders over 1kg will normally be delivered by courier and will require a signature on delivery. Transit time within the UK is normally 1 to 2 working days. International transit times vary according to destination.
On other products, customers have 7 days from receipt to change their mind and return goods at their cost. Once products have been used, they cannot be returned.
We reserve the right to charge a 20% handling charge if items are returned in an unsaleable condition.
Please Note:
the cost of outgoing postage/shipping & packaging will be deducted from the refund (minimum £2.50 + VAT). We reserve the right to charge postage/shipping for re-delivery of orders.If products are received damaged, we must be notified in writing within 7 days from receipt.
